Shipping policy

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT COURIERS ARE STILL EXPERIENCING DELAYS DUE TO COVID-19.

Your package will be shipped via the service and courier selected at checkout. All packages (with the exception of First Class) include insurance. All shipping services come with a tracking number. Once your package is shipped you will receive a notification via email with your tracking number. Please note that the estimated delivery date is not guaranteed since there are still delays with couriers. We are not responsible for any packages that are not delivered within the estimated window. We suggest setting up alerts for your package once you receive your tracking number so that you can keep up with the status of your package. 

Please make sure that your shipping address is correct before checking out. If your package is returned to us you will be responsible for the shipping charges to reship the package to the correct address. 

Jus Luv Creativitee is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen or damaged. If you selected a shipping service that includes insurance you will need to file a claim with that courier. If your tracking states that your package was delivered, but you have not received it please check your shipping address first. If your shipping address is correct you will need to contact the carrier directly. Contact information for the shipping couriers can be found below.
